Chris Vasilakopoulos

Chris Vasilakopoulos is a hands-on finance executive with extensive experience in finance and accounting, cash flow management, strategic financial planning, and corporate governance. They served as Group Financial Controller at Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp., playing a pivotal role in the NYSE IPO process and implementing SOX controls. Chris also held positions in renewable energy and maritime sectors, including as Group Financial Controller at Skysolar Group and Corporate Financial Controller at M.J. Maillis Group, where they maximized shareholder value. Currently, they are the Head of Accounting, Controlling, and FP&A at Torq Commodities and are pursuing a degree with distinction at Strathclyde Business School.
