Leo Weis

Leo Weis has worked mainly in the field of operations and purchasing. Leo started their career in 2012 at BMW Group, where they served as an Assistant to the Production Project Manager and later completed their Bachelor's Thesis in Production Project Management. In 2013, they joined MAN Energy Solutions, where they worked as a Value Engineer in Product Cost Management and also completed their Master's Thesis in the same field. Leo then moved to Torqeedo in 2018 and held various positions ranging from Value Engineer to Senior Vice President of Operations & Purchasing. Their responsibilities at Torqeedo included strategic purchasing, purchasing management, and supplier management.

Leo Weis attended Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Engineering. Leo then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in the same field at the same university from 2012 to 2014.
