Tiffany Quinlan

Tiffany Quinlan is the current President at Torquay Surf Life Saving Club. Prior to this, they were with RiseSmart Australia as well as Randstad Pty Ltd and Randstad. Tiffany has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, starting their career at KPMG as an Audit Supervisor. Tiffany then spent almost a decade at LINK Recruitment as their National HR Manager before moving on to Q's Consulting as Director. From there, they joined Randstad first as a Strategic HR Business Partner to their CEO during a time of great change and growth for the company. Tiffany eventually became their HR Director for Australia and New Zealand, overseeing a team of 12 and transforming the HR function. Tiffany has significant experience in all aspects of human resources and is a well-respected leader in the field.

Tiffany Quinlan has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, with a major in accounting and a minor in human resources. Tiffany also attended Mentone Girls Grammar School in Mentone, Victoria.
