Lynne Garbutt started their work experience at Tesco in 1994 as a Human Resources professional. Lynne held this position for over 23 years until March 2018. From April to July 2018, Lynne worked at Poundworld Retail Ltd as an Employee Relations specialist. Following this, they joined Key Travel in August 2018 and served as both the HR Manager EMEA and the Head of HR until October 2020. Lynne then joined Gist - Transforming Supply Chains in October 2020, where they worked as part of the HR team until August 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR at Torque - Superior supply chain management, starting from August 2022.
Lynne Garbutt's education history includes obtaining a Certificate Level 3 in Business Management from High Melton in 2000-2001.
