Michelle Lettner

Michelle Lettner is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across several organizations. Currently serving as Operating Principal of Human Capital at TorQuest Partners since August 2025, Lettner previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Array Marketing from September 2023 to August 2025. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Roots, Director of Human Resources HQ, and various managerial positions at Target, as well as Director of Human Resources at BMW Group Canada. Lettner holds a Master's degree in Continuing Education with a focus on Adult Learning and Leadership Development from the University of Calgary, a Human Resources degree from Seneca Polytechnic, and a Psychology degree from Carleton University.
