Joanna Herrick

Joanna Herrick is an experienced executive with a strong background in growth and operations management within the retail and custom clothing industries. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at TorreBlanc, LTD since October 2021, Joanna has previously held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Garmentier and Senior Director of Showroom Experience and Operations at The Black Tux. At The Black Tux, Joanna managed the national retail experience, while prior experience at Trunk Club involved developing an operations team for custom clothing processes. Joanna has also worked in various operational roles at R2C Group, Pinnacle, and Michael Allen's, where expertise in business management and customer service was demonstrated. Upcoming education includes a certification in Investment Management from New York University, alongside a Bachelor's of Music from the University of Rochester.
