Oscar Santiago

Oscar Santiago has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and administration. Oscar started their career at KPMG Peat Marwick in 1984, where they served as a Manager in the Management Consulting Department and played a crucial role in financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, and business plan preparation for various organizations. In 1991, they joined Sprint International Caribe as the Director of Finance and Administration, where they developed the financial system for their Caribbean subsidiary and negotiated settlements with PTTs. In 1996, they became the CFO of Bolivia for Millicom International Cellular S, responsible for restructuring the Finance and Administration department and implementing cost containment programs. Oscar then worked as a Regional CFO for RSL COM Latin America, LTD from 1998 to 2000, providing financial support for potential partnerships and developing joint ventures in the Latin America region. From 2000 to 2012, they joined Trilogy International Partners, starting as the CFO of Bolivia, Haiti, and DR, where they explored investment opportunities and supported the launch of cellular operations in these countries.
