Karolina Garcia

Karolina Garcia is an experienced professional in product development and design, currently serving as a Product Development Assistant at Torrid since April 2022. Previously, Karolina held the position of Jr. Product Developer at Ruggable®, where responsibilities included sourcing textiles and coordinating the development of a textile testing lab. Additionally, Karolina worked at Sisterlocks in various roles, supporting financial and operational functions, and provided customer service as part of a dedicated team. Prior to that, an internship with Converse involved designing for the Fall/Winter 2019 collection targeted at Generation Z. Karolina's educational background includes a Bachelor's in Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and a professional designation in International Manufacturing Product Development in collaboration with Converse.
