Mike Shaffer is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the retail sector. Currently serving on the board of Torrid since May 2022 and previously on the board of The Children's Place from May 2023 to March 2024, Mike has held multiple significant positions at PVH Corp. from 1990 to 2021, culminating in the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating & Financial Officer. Mike’s earlier positions at PVH Corp. included Executive Vice President of Finance and Vice President and Controller, among others. Mike began a career in finance as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche from 1989 to 1990. Educationally, Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The George Washington University.
