Tara Margolis

Tara Margolis has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in operations and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Omni Analyst in Store Operations at Torrid since January 2020, Tara previously held the position of Store Operations Specialist. Prior experience includes being a Transition Project Manager at Nike, where Tara collaborated with various teams to launch the first Nike studio. At The Body Shop (L'Oreal), Tara worked for nearly two decades as an Operations Specialist/Project Manager and Retail Manager, significantly enhancing sales performance and operational standards across North America. Additionally, Tara began a career as an Executive Assistant at the YMCA of Central New Mexico, providing administrative support and managing crucial operational tasks. Tara holds two Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Anthropology from The University of New Mexico.
