Kate Davis

Kate Davis, LMSW, is an experienced social worker with a strong background in educational and community settings. Currently serving at Torrington Parks & Recreation as a social worker at the Torrington Teen Center since November 2021, Kate has also been a school social worker for Torrington Public Schools since February 2019. Prior roles include site coordinator at EdAdvance, where Kate facilitated after-school social-emotional learning and STEAM programs, and providing counseling services at Creative Interventions, LLC. Kate's experience extends to various internships, including at Waterbury Hospital's adolescent programs and Hartford Public Schools. Kate holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut and is pursuing a certificate in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from Rutgers University.
