Courtney I. Williams has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Courtney I. has served as a Board Member for organizations such as the New Orleans Startup Fund, YouthForce NOLA, and the Times Picayune Editorial Advisory Board. Courtney was also the CEO of Torsh, an education technology company, and Skillz Academy, a talent sourcing and upskilling company. Courtney I. has also held positions as a Board Member for the Johns Hopkins School of Education and as the Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer of Adility LLC. Additionally, Courtney has worked as the SVP of Development & Strategy for Interactive One, LLC and as the CEO of Icilus Enterprises, LLC, an investment fund. Courtney I. has also served as a Director and board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami.

Courtney I. Williams attained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, with Honors, from Oberlin College between 1988 and 1992. Subsequently, they pursued their legal education at Columbia Law School from 1992 to 1995, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
