Jessica H.

Jessica H. has over 20 years of work experience in the marketing field. Jessica began their career in 2000 as a high school intern at HSA Enterprises, Inc., where they worked part-time during their undergraduate studies and full-time as a Marketing Coordinator after graduation in 2005. In 2007, they joined Office Depot as a Program Manager, Loyalty, where they developed strategies for loyalty program promotions and digital vehicles to drive acquisition, retention, sales, and program fulfillment through merchant and digital marketing team partnerships. Jessica also served as a Senior Program Manager (Product Owner), Loyalty and a Marketing Analyst, Loyalty. In 2018, Jessica moved to Bluegreen Vacations where they worked as a Digital Solutions Product Owner and a Product Owner, BluegreenOwner.com. Most recently, they have been working as a Product Manager at Torticity since 2020.

Jessica H. completed their Bachelor of Science in Communication, General from the University of Miami in 2005. Jessica then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Nova Southeastern University in 2010. In addition, Jessica H. has obtained three certifications: Snagit Certification from TechSmith Corporation in November 2020, Sitecore Web Experience Management e-Learning from Sitecore in September 2018, and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in August 2017.
