Andreas Markgraf is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as Director of Operations at TORTUE HAMBURG since March 2018, Andreas has previously held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Aspria Hamburg Uhlenhorst from September 2016 to February 2018. Prior roles include Sommelier at Rindchen's Weinkontor, Restaurant & In Room Dining Manager at Westin Hotels & Resorts, and Food & Beverage Manager at Cable Bay Vineyards.
