The leadership team at Tortuga AgTech has a wide range of experience in both the business world and in engineering. Many on the team have worked as consultants for large companies such as McKinsey & Company and Booz & Company. Others have experience in people operations and management from companies such as High Grade Hemp Seed and Chipotle Mexican Grill. The team also has a strong engineering background, with members having studied at Stanford University, the University of California, Berkeley, and the Rochester Institute of Technology. This mix of business and engineering experience gives Tortuga AgTech the ability to provide their clients with a unique perspective on how to grow their businesses.
