David Kelly

David Kelly is an experienced project manager currently working at Torus since January 2019, previously holding the same position at Liverpool Mutual Homes from January 2013 to January 2019. Additionally, David served as a compliance manager during the earlier stages of the career. David holds an MSc in Management Development from Lancaster University (2000-2002) and a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and Maintenance Management from Liverpool John Moores University (1997-2000).
