Jason Kneen

Jason Kneen has over 25 years of work experience, starting as a research assistant at Cleveland Clinic in 1994. Jason worked at Stryker for almost 16 years, holding various roles including Sr. Staff Engineer and Sr. Quality Systems Manager. Kneen led quality system integrations for two multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, leading to tripling revenues and headcount. At Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, they worked as a Senior Manager of Quality Systems and oversaw Warning Letter correspondence with FDA. At Sterling Industries, Kneen held two roles: Director of Global Quality and Quality Manager. Finally, they are currently serving as the Head of Quality, Certifications & Compliance at Torus since August 2022. Kneen's responsibilities throughout their career have included quality management, regulatory compliance, process development and implementation, due diligence, integration planning, customer experience improvements, intellectual property, and team management.

Jason Kneen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton in 1998. Jason then attended Cornell University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Master's degree in Biomechanical Engineering. Additionally, they hold various certifications, including a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University/ESI International, a Mergers & Acquisitions Certification from PRITCHETT, LP, and is an applicant for the Certified M&A Specialist from M&A Leadership Council. Jason also obtained several online certifications from LinkedIn including "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence," "Mergers & Acquisitions," "Bill George on Self-Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership," and "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience."
