Ashley Blanch

Ashley Blanch has extensive experience in the fashion and retail industry. Ashley currently holds the position of Director, Global Education - Product Knowledge & Development at Tory Burch, a role they have been in since July 2022. Prior to that, they were Senior Manager Global Training, Product Knowledge at Tory Burch from January 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining Tory Burch, Ashley worked at Fendi as the Training Manager, The Americas from April 2016 to January 2019. Ashley also has experience at SMCP - Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, where they served as the Training Manager, North America from September 2013 to April 2016. In this role, they were responsible for creating seasonal product training, organizing and facilitating training sessions, and launching onboarding programs for store managers and sales associates.

Ashley's career in the industry started at Kiki de Montparnasse, where they worked as the Retail Director NY from March 2008 to August 2011. Ashley also has experience as a Store Manager at SANDRO from 2011 to September 2013.

Additionally, Ashley has worked as a Freelance Stylist, serving as an Assistant Stylist from August 2005 to February 2008. Throughout their career, they have developed expertise in training, product knowledge, and team management, and has made significant contributions to the success of the brands they have worked with.

Ashley Blanch has studied Fashion Design at FIDM. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Duolingo Italian Fluency: Elementary from Duolingo in 2016.
