Caroline Bonnet-Maes

Caroline Bonnet-Maes is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the global fashion and luxury sectors. Currently serving as Chief People Officer for the APAC region at Tory Burch since March 2020, Caroline reports to both the APAC President and the Global Chief People Officer. Prior to this role, valuable contributions were made as a Global HR Vice-President at Balenciaga and as Group Human Resources Director at Fast Retailing, among other positions. Caroline’s career began at Hay Group as a consultant, and education includes a Master’s in Management from emlyon business school. With a strong emphasis on HR strategy and women's empowerment, Caroline has consistently advanced HR initiatives across various prestigious brands within the luxury and retail landscape.
