Heather previously held senior roles in planning and allocation at kate spade new york, American Eagle Outfitters, and Polo Ralph Lauren, focusing on driving business and financial objectives through team development and operational efficiency. They also advised on financial forecasting in the cannabis industry at Green Medicine New Jersey. Heather completed their education at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
