John Branca has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. John started their career at Greenwich Associates as an Associate Director of Relationship Management. John then worked as a Part Owner and New Business Development in Castle Title Agency LLC. John later joined kate spade new york as a Human Resources professional. John then joined Club Monaco as the Director of Human Resources. John then moved on to Ralph Lauren, where they held the positions of Senior Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resource - Wholesale, Global People and Development. After that, they joined Moncler as the Vice President of Human Resources - Americas. John is currently working as the Vice President - Human Resources and Talent - North America and Europe at Tory Burch.
