Lisa van Loo

Lisa Van Loo has over 10 years of diverse work experience in retail and corporate professional development. Lisa currently holds the position of Senior Director of Global Corporate Professional Development at Tory Burch. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Writer, Speaker, and Coach at LVL it Up. Lisa also served as the Director of Retail at Sam Edelman and the Director of Learning and Development at Bluestone Lane. Lisa has also held various roles at Theory, including Director of Learning and Development, Regional Training Manager, and Multi Store Manager. Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as a Recruiter at Fourth Floor and held positions at Michael Kors and Wet Seal, LLC, where they gained experience in talent management and multi-store management, respectively.

Lisa Van Loo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology, with a specialization in Apparel Design and Production, from Kansas State University in 2009. Lisa also holds certifications including Everything DiSC® Certification obtained from Wiley Workplace Learning in 2023, and the Master Certified Professional Coach and Certified Life Coach certifications from the Certified Life Coach Institute, obtained in 2023 and 2020 respectively.
