Danielle Kline

Danielle Kline (Traub) is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in private equity and legal recruitment. Currently a Partner at Torys LLP since August 2013, Danielle serves as the Head of Legal Recruitment and Student Development, overseeing recruitment efforts in Toronto, New York, Calgary, and Montréal, as well as managing the student program in Toronto and Calgary. Prior to Torys, Danielle held the position of Assistant Director of Professional Development and Student Programs at Bennett Jones LLP, where responsibilities included managing the firm’s student program and developing CPD seminars. Danielle’s earlier experience includes a role as a Business Law Associate at McCarthy Tétrault, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Danielle began career development at ZSA Legal Recruitment as a Consultant and Assistant Consultant. Educational qualifications include a dual degree in Law and Business from Ivey Business School at Western University, an LL.B. from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Western University.
