Grant Worden

Grant Worden is a highly experienced legal professional with a focus on intellectual property litigation, including patent and trademark disputes, product liability, and class actions. Currently, Grant serves as a Partner at Torys LLP since June 2004, having previously held the position of Counsel. Prior to this role, Grant worked as an Associate at McCarthy Tetrault from 2000 to June 2004, specializing in general litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation and professional negligence. Grant holds an L.L.B. in Law from the University of Toronto (1995-1998) and a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in International Studies from Yale University (1991-1995).
