Guillaume Lavoie

Guillaume Lavoie, MBA, is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Torys LLP since September 2019, Lavoie previously held the role of Partner, Lawyer, and Director and Corporate Secretary at Lavery, de Billy from August 2007 to September 2019. Lavoie holds an Executive MBA from EMBA McGill HEC Montréal (2014-2016) and a B.C.L./LL.B. degree in Law from McGill University (2002-2006).
