Josh van Deurzen

Josh Van Deurzen is a corporate and securities lawyer with extensive experience in providing legal consulting to public and private companies, primarily in the resource-based sectors. Currently a Partner at Torys LLP since February 2015, Josh previously worked as an Associate at the same firm and held the role of Legal Counsel at Forbes & Manhattan Group from September 2011 to January 2015. Earlier career experience includes banking and finance law at Weil Gotshal and Manges and an Associate position at Fidelity Investments. Josh holds a JD/MBA from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Management in Finance from The University of Lethbridge.
