Keya Dasgupta

Keya Dasgupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Organizational Development across prominent law firms in Canada and the US. Currently serving as Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Torys LLP since May 2025, Keya leads the L&OD function, providing strategic advice to senior leadership and designing national programs. Previously, as Head of Learning and Organizational Development at Norton Rose Fulbright from August 2020 to April 2025, Keya crafted and implemented strategies to enhance organizational performance and culture, while also overseeing the DEI function. Earlier roles include Head of Inclusion, Learning & Organizational Development and Head of Learning and Development, where Keya focused on alignment with strategic business objectives. Additionally, Keya has a legal background, having worked as a Lawyer and Trade-mark Agent at Heenan Blaikie and Stewart McKelvey Stirling Scales, as well as a Law Student at Dimock Stratton.
