Stephanie Stimpson

Stephanie Stimpson is a partner at Torys LLP, specializing in corporate practice with a focus on oil and gas companies, providing expertise in governance, M&A, regulatory compliance, and commercial arrangements since November 2012. Concurrently, Stephanie serves as an Officer of SEERIL and is the Past Chair of the IBA Oil and Gas Committee, contributing to the international legal community since January 2021. Previous experience includes partnership at Macleod Dixon LLP/Norton Rose Canada and an associate role at Parcel Mauro, with foundational legal training as a law clerk for the Honorable Stephen Trott at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
