Tara MacKay

Tara Mackay is a Partner at Torys LLP, where since November 2009, the focus has been on corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in major capital projects such as public-private partnerships and alternative financing and procurement initiatives. With a background that includes representation of private developers, public authorities, lenders, construction contractors, and service providers, Tara is involved in all aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects. Prior to this role, Tara served as an Associate at Bennett Jones LLP from September 2002 to November 2009. Tara obtained an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University between 1997 and 2000.
