Nigel Sale has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Nigel started their career at Peter Gilbrook Printers in 1975, where they held various positions until 1984. Nigel then joined Mercury Plastics as a Technical Manager, where they worked until 1996. Nigel then worked at Hoechst as a Technical Applications Manager for a year before joining Clariant in 1997. At Clariant, they held several roles, including Technical Applications Manager, Global Key Account Manager, and Global Key Account Management. Nigel worked at Clariant until 2015. Nigel then joined Clariant Plastics & Coatings in 2016 as the Head of Market Segment Plastics Europe, a position they held until 2020. In early 2020, they briefly worked at Colorants Solutions (Clariant) in the same role before reassessing their priorities and taking a garden leave. Later in 2020, Nigel became the Global Head of Pigments R&D and Sourcing at Tosaf Color Service.
Nigel Sale attended William Penn from 1968 to 1975. Nigel then obtained a Diploma in Engineering from the University of the Arts London from 1975 to 1979.
