Arash Babaei currently serves as the CEO and Board Member of TOSAN, a Banking and Payment Solutions Provider, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Arash was the CEO and Board Member of eFarda Company from September 2020 to September 2022. Arash's extensive experience at TOSAN includes roles such as V.P. of Support and Operations, V.P. of Projects and Planning, Services Department Planning Manager, and Organizational Development Specialist from 2011 to September 2020. Prior to TOSAN, Arash worked as a Planning Expert at Supplying Automotive Parts CO (SAPCO) from April 2009 to August 2011 and operated as a self-employed freelance consultant from May 2006 to March 2009. Educational qualifications include a DBA in Finance from the University of Tehran (2021-2022), a Master’s degree in Socio-economic Systems from Sharif University of Technology (2006-2008), and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology (2001-2005).
