Cristina Bacci has a strong background in Human Resources with experience in companies such as Fondazione Toscana Life Sciences and Siena Biotech. Cristina also worked as an Administrative Assistant, handling a variety of tasks such as managing schedules, organizing events, and assisting in recruitment interviews. In their earlier role at A. Toscana Life Sciences Foundation
The Toscana Life Sciences (TLS) Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in December 2004 by a group of public and private institutions in Tuscany with the mission to support research activities in the field of Life Sciences and, in particular, to foster the development of projects from basic research to industrial application. TLS co-ordinates at a regional level technology transfer activities in the biotech sector in close collaboration with the Tuscany Region.
