Brett Palmer

Brett Palmer is an accomplished professional in service delivery and management with extensive experience in the technology industry. Currently serving as the Head of Service at Toshiba Australia since May 2025, Brett previously held the position of Head of Service Delivery at KYOCERA Document Solutions AU & NZ from June 2023 to May 2025. Prior to this, Brett dedicated nearly three decades to Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia, holding various leadership roles including General Manager of Service Delivery and Planning, General Manager of Production Service, National Service Manager for the Production Printing Group, and several product management and service engineering positions. Brett's academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of New England, completed between 1995 and 2006.
