John Cassidy

John Cassidy has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. John began their career as a Marketplace Manager at Perrier Group of America in 1992 and then moved on to become the Executive Vice President at Lasertone Corporation from 1996 to 2003. John joined Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc in 2004 as a Professional Services Manager and later became the Director of Managed Services, responsible for managing program and business analyst activities related to managed services strategies. In 2009, John Cassidy joined Toshiba Business, where they held the roles of Director of Professional Services and Regional Vice President of Professional Services. In these positions, they oversaw multi-million dollar professional services organizations, focusing on content management, SAAS offerings, managed print services, and business workflow analysis. John was responsible for various tasks such as sales and services oversight, software implementation, managed print services coordination, market strategies development, and contributing to overall corporate initiatives. John held the position until 2020.

John Cassidy attended Saint Anselm College from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
