Shaff Kassam

Shaff Kassam is an accomplished executive with over 40 years of experience in operations, sales management, and channel/business development within the retail technology sector. Currently serving as Executive Director for Mexico and Central America at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions since September 2019, Shaff has effectively led diverse teams focused on retail enterprise, supply chain, pricing management, and POS solutions for grocery and general retailers in both North America and Latin America. Previously, as VP/GM for Latin America at Retail Pro from March 2006 to September 2019, Shaff continued to drive business growth and innovation in the retail technology industry. Shaff Kassam is alumni of Staffordshire Polytechnic.
