Santosh Gaikwad

Santosh Gaikwad has over a decade of experience in the field of customer support services and engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Support Services at Toshvin Analytical Pvt. Ltd. since August 2010, Santosh has developed expertise in managing customer relations and support. Prior experience includes a role as a Service Engineer at MEdtech Pvt Ltd from January 2006 to August 2010, where responsibilities involved working on physiotherapy instruments, iso-kinetics machines, and gait analysis instruments, as well as engaging in sales promotion activities. Santosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, completed between 1999 and 2004.
