Upendra Simha

Upendra Simha is a seasoned professional in the field of analytical chemistry with extensive experience in chromatographic techniques and instrumentation. As General Manager of Chromatography & MS at Toshvin Analytical Pvt. Ltd. since July 2019, Upendra is responsible for strategizing and advancing the Shimadzu GC & GCMS business across various markets in India. Prior roles include Product Manager and Application Chemist at Agilent Technologies, where Upendra showcased expertise in GC/GCMS products through seminars and technical demonstrations. Upendra also held positions as a Research Fellow at Defence Bio-engineering and Electro Medical Laboratory, focusing on toxicity studies and instrumental analysis, and as a Project Assistant at Central Food Technological Research Institute, specializing in natural product chemistry. Upendra holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Mysore and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Yuvaraja's College, University of Mysore.
