Erdal Büyükelçi

Erdal Büyükelçi is currently the Head of Fraud Risk Management at AKÖde, where he leads all fraud related operations, projects, chargeback operations, and POS Allocation team activities. Prior to this, he held positions at Akbank and Garanti Bank, where he managed anti-fraud teams, developed procedures to prevent fraud, and collaborated with stakeholders to create fraud prevention strategies. Erdal also has a Master of Business Administration from Bahcesehir University and a Lisans Derecesi in Economics from Dokuz Eylul University.
