SO JEOUNG currently serves as the Team Lead for HR Business Partner and Resource Planning Teams at Toss Payments since October 2025. Prior to this role, SO JEOUNG worked as an HR Business Partner at 우아한청년들 and MUSINSA, focusing on the Global HQ and Commerce Division in both companies from August 2024 to October 2025 and January 2022 to June 2024, respectively. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of HR and Recruiting Partner at StyleShare from January 2020 to December 2021, and holding multiple roles at 캐럿글로벌, including B2C Team Lead and B2B Partner from May 2017 to December 2019. SO JEOUNG holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Law from Ewha Womans University.
