Allen Mason

Allen Mason is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the medical and consulting industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Leap Distributors since July 2024, Mason also holds board positions at Biovotec and MedTechIntel. As a founder and managing partner of Leap Surgical, LLC, Leap Biologics, and MindSight Medical since 2015, Mason demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, Mason leads as CEO of Pivotal Medical Technologies, specializing in medical start-ups, implantable devices, and wound care solutions. Other roles include Operating Partner at Total Ancillary and Partner at Gravity Surgical, LLC, and Eira CBD. Allen Mason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University-Commerce from 1997 to 2001.
