Priya James CSPO®, A-CSM®

Priya James has over 30 years of work experience, with their most recent role being Sr, Technical Business Analyst/Scrum Master at Total Bank Solutions since 2017. In this role, they collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to design efficient systems. Priya also leads requirement gathering and business prioritization meetings to align teams with strategic goals and objectives.

Prior to that, Priya worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co for over 20 years, where they held the role of Vice President, Senior Analyst/Developer. In this position, they managed and implemented systems across various functions, including trading, sales, operations, and market risk. Priya also created and managed the application support staff and provided training and mentorship to team members.

Throughout their career, Priya has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Priya James CSPO®, A-CSM® has a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology. Priya also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Mumbai. In addition to their educational background, Priya has obtained several certifications. Priya is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Priya also holds a certification in Agile Project Management from LinkedIn. The CSPO certification was obtained in January 2022, the A-CSM certification was obtained in December 2021, and the Agile Project Management certification was obtained in October 2016.
