Total Cable Contracting (TCC) is a full-service cable contracting firm that services the telecom and utility industries in Ontario. In operation since 1993, Andy Courtemanche started TCC as a 'one-man' operation which has continued to grow. In 2016, TCC was acquired by Vianet and operates as their fibre optic construction division. Vianet is a family-owned company that has been in business for over thirty years and is proud to be a leading telecom provided that builds, owns and operates fibre optic and wireless broadband networks across Ontario.
