Drucella Wheeler Ndoye

Drucella Wheeler Ndoye, MSW is the Executive Director of Total Care Services, Inc., a nonprofit health care organization focused on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With extensive experience in designing personalized support plans, Drucella has a background in social work and sociology from Howard University. Prior to their current role, Drucella served as the Executive Director of Wheeler and Associates, Inc. and as a Healthcare Program Designer for Agencies Providing Services to At-Risk Populations.
