Kadijah Ndoye

Kadijah Ndoye is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Technology and Back Office Operations at Total Care Services, Inc., since March 2024. With a strong focus on enterprise-wide digital transformation, Kadijah has successfully implemented automation, established IT governance, and improved vendor oversight. Prior experience includes roles as a Technology Strategy Consultant at Slalom, where Kadijah developed IT modernization strategies, and as a Technology Advisory Consultant at Accenture, supporting identity and access management projects. Kadijah began with Accenture as a Senior Analyst, leading infrastructure transition initiatives and serving as a liaison during a data center exit. Kadijah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
