Since September 1994, Carlos has served as the Group Managing Director at Total Clean Services Ltd., focusing on business development and collaboration with senior management to enhance operations for staff and clients. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as a Private Army Officer in Artillery from February 1993 to September 1994, and earlier, as a Mortgage Officer at National Westminster Bank Plc from September 1988 to February 1993, where responsibilities included branch business development and managing mortgage applications.

The year 2023 marks 35 years since Total Clean was established. We specialise in high quality, bespoke, competitively-priced contract commercial cleaning & facilities, as well as offering medical grade decontamination / fogging services. We service all of London especially its key West End, City, Docklands and Kensington areas. We also cover other areas around the UK through our regional offices in Enfield, Maidenhead, Reading, Warrington, Manchester, Blackpool, Northampton, Cardiff, Newcastle and Aberdeen with more opening shortly. Our dedication to delivering an excellent service in all areas, combined with an obsessive attention to detail has helped us to retain many of our original clients. We also have a very low staff attrition rate due to our intensive training and staff reward programmes. We take our quality and environmental management responsibilities very seriously which is reflected in our SafeContractor, CHAS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditations. We have our own range of Total Clean - Total Defence branded eco-friendly cleaning products and we also hold 'Carbon Neutral Rated Company' status from CO2 Balance as a voluntary extension to our environmental policies.
