Our dedication to delivering an excellent service in all areas, combined with an obsessive attention to detail has helped us to retain many of our original clients. We also have a very low staff attrition rate due to our intensive training and staff reward programmes. We take our quality and environmental management responsibilities very seriously which is reflected in our SafeContractor, CHAS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditations. We have our own range of Total Clean - Total Defence branded eco-friendly cleaning products and we also hold 'Carbon Neutral Rated Company' status from CO2 Balance as a voluntary extension to our environmental policies. Our associate membership of the The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) is another measure that we take to ensure that quality pervades the entire cleaning operation.
