Frank Bacchetta, RFMP

Frank Bacchetta has over 20 years of work experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry. Frank started their career as a Service Technician at Ketzenberg & Org, Inc. in 2001, where they gained valuable technical skills. In 2002, they joined Trane as a Service Technician, where they excelled in customer service and communication. Bacchetta then worked at Unitemp, Inc. as a Service Technician from 2007 to 2008.

From 2008 to 2015, Bacchetta served as a Service Manager at Total Comfort Mechanical, overseeing HVACR services in multiple states. In 2014, they were promoted to Chief Business Development Officer at Total Comfort Group, focusing on expanding the company's services and creating tailored solutions for clients. In 2018, Bacchetta was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Total Comfort Group.

In addition to their roles in the HVAC industry, Bacchetta has also taken on advisory positions. Frank became a Member at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. in 2019 and a Strategic Advisor at Guidepoint in 2020.

Throughout their career, Bacchetta has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to clients.

Frank Bacchetta attended East Brunswick Vocational and Technical High School from 1998 to 2001, where they studied HVAC. In addition to their high school education, Frank has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they obtained the RFMP certification from the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM). Prior to that, in 2015, they obtained the Niagara AX Framework Certification from Tridium, and in 2013, they obtained the Mitsubishi City Multi Certification from Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc.
