Jeff May serves as the Director of Solutions Engineering at Total Communications, Inc., a position held since May 1987. In this role, Jeff leads a team focused on advanced business solutions, including collaboration and network security solutions from Cisco and Mitel, as well as business continuity offerings from DATTO and Cohesity. Additionally, Jeff has experience in various roles at Frontier Communications from June 2015 to November 2021, including Director of Sales Engineering, where leadership was provided for the sales engineering and product specialist organization. Jeff's expertise includes aligning technical sales resources with regional sales managers and executives to enhance business solutions.
