We make fulfilling your ESM and Safety obligations easy. We provide a Simple and Cost-Effective end to end Total Package for all your Fire Protection, ESM Compliance and Safety Systems/ Services. All buildings have inherent designs and systems to address safety in the event of an emergency, particularly FIRE. Ensuring that ALL of these perform, as intended, can save lives. This is our No.1 concern. It also ensures that required regulatory Authority and Insurance Compliance are covered to protect all stakeholder investments.
We achieve TRUE Compliance through the following process:
• Buildings ‘Baseline Data’ reviewed including Occupancy Permit/ Maintenance Determination, Fire Engineers Report etc to clearly identify ALL required items and performance standards
• Thorough Building setup as per ‘Baseline Data’ through qualified Technicians. Inspection of Building setup before initial Reporting
• Scheduled required Routine Inspection and Testing as per ‘Baseline Data’ generating detailed Reporting of activities and any Defects identified via Customer Portal and notifications
• Third Party Independent Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) conducted onsite and findings/ Defects Reported
• Annual Compliance achieved if NO Defects outstanding
