Grace Skidell has over 25 years of work experience in finance and operations management. Grace most recently worked as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Total Fire Protection. Prior to that, they held the role of Financial and Operations Principal at RNR Securities LLC for 10 years. In this role, they were responsible for preparing and filing financial reports with FINRA and maintaining accurate records in accordance with SEC regulations.
Before joining RNR Securities LLC, Grace worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Springfield LLC/Milliken and Company for 15 years. In this role, they collaborated with various departments to develop and execute programs for textile weaving production, led a team that significantly increased sales for the Military Division, and planned multi-million dollar contracts with key customers.
Grace also served as the Branch Operations Manager at First Albany Corp., where they supervised operational functions for registered brokers and ensured timely completion of critical daily processes and reporting. Grace began their career as a Financial and Operations Principal at Colin Winthrop and Company.
Overall, Grace Skidell has a strong background in finance, operations, and management, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and drive business growth.
Grace Skidell completed a Leadership Certificate Program in the field of study of Accounting at Adelphi University. Grace also obtained additional certifications in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), including FINRA SERIES 7, 63, 4, 24 & 27.
